    Recipe:

    • 200g of butter
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • A pinch of salt
    • 400g fine wheat flour
    • 150g of icing sugar

    Steps:

    Step 1: Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. If too moist, add flour to the surface, if too dry, add butter.

    Step 2: Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Step 3: Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4mm with a rolling pin.

    Step 4: Place on the tray after cutting into circular shapes.

    Step 5: Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 9 minutes.

    Step 6: Enjoy your meal!

    Care Of The Rolling Pin:

    • Before using, brush it with vegetable or olive oil.
    • After use, clean all spaces with a damp brush.
    • Dry it thoroughly and apply a layer of vegetable or olive oil.
